ROTHERHAMCharleshis parents died and left a large family. Charles went to London. Returned, and was Guardian of the Poor for Eckington parish, Chairman of the Board of Guardians in Chesterfield Union. Enlarged Mosbrough Hall in 1853. (Poor boy makes good)
