People of Stoney Middleton - The Mason Girls

The MASON sisters: from left to right Myra, Grace (seated), Blanche and Polly, the daughters of George William MASON and Elizabeth née BEELEY.

Polly was the youngest, b.1876, and married Alfred Edwin HANCOCK at Doncaster in 1898. They were the paternal grandparents of Janet Kirk, who is herself a regular contributor of images to this site (q.v.)
