View of the Village, Froggatt

This is a view of Froggatt Village from Froggatt Lane, the road leading down into Froggatt from the B6521 Sheffield to Bakewell road. The sharp outline of Froggatt Edge, with the dip which forms Curbar Gap, can be seen on the skyline, whilst the bank of trees in the immediate foreground shields the River Derwent from view.
