Dear Louis / I have been staying at this / lovely house in Derbyshire / during this week, the weather / has been very fine & I have / enjoyed it very much. There / are about 250 people in the / party so there is no lack of / company. I will tell you more / in a letter. / John M Macqueen.

And it is addressed to:

M. Louis Haggman, 17 Quai Neuri IV, Dieppe, Seine Inf., France.

It has a red penny stamp, which is postmarked ALFRETON 1015AM MY 16 13 (May 16th 1913). There is also a second postmark DIEPPE 17-5 13 SEINE-INFRE.
