BLAISDON, a parish in the hundred of WESTBURY county of GLOUCESTER, 3¾ miles (E.S.E.) from Mitchel-Dean, containing 243 inhabitants. The living is a discharged rectory, in the archdeaconry of Hereford; and diocese of Gloucester, rated in the king's books at £5. 7. 3½, and in the patronage of Anna Gordon. The church is dedicated to St. Michael.
