Gravestone of Joseph White, Cam

Was this Cam's longest living resident?
The Inscription reads:

In memory of Joseph WHITE
of this parish, Thatcher,
who died the 12th June 1837 aged 103 yrs
This stone erected by the
Right Honourable Lord SEAGRAVE to
perpetuate so remarkable an instance of longevity

In fact, the burial register records his age as “only” 96, but who would have known for sure? My thanks to Lisa Birch, his gt*5 granddaughter, for this photograph, and for sharing this information.
