St Margaret's Church, St Margarets (East Window)

Recent Photograph of St Margaret's Church (East Window) (St Margarets)

The window was designed by Archibald John Davies (1878-1953) in the early 20th Century. His windows may also be found in Hereford and Worcester Cathedrals, and many churches elsewhere. It portrays St Margaret as a sheperdess, and she carries a replica of the Church on her right arm.

The wall texts are understood to date from the 18th century, but look fresh and clean thanks to a restoration in 1974.
