St Peter's War Memorial, Withington
The Inscriptions on the Memorials read:
In Reverence, Love and Gratitude for the self-
sacrifice and devotion of the Men from this Parish
who nobly laid down their Lives at the call of God
for the cause of Truth and Righteousness in the Great
War A.D. 1914-1919 and to perpetuate their Memory Parents
and Parishioners have erected this tablet A.D. 1919. |
