Inside All Saints Church, WestburyMany interesting wall memorials, and a splendid but neglected tomb with effigies to Sir James Ley d.1629 and wife in the south transept. Several broken fragments lie tucked behind the monument in the SE corner and surrounded by redundant furniture and boxes. The north transept is largely filled by the works of the organ but you can oddly still wander through into the north chapel (now a vestry), spotting medieval brasses on the east wall not mentioned by Pevsner (but maybe he can be forgiven in this instance as I nearly missed them) and other memorials of quality which were never resited when the organ was built.
