The living is a rectory, with that of Pirton, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Worcester, rated in the king's books at £7, and in the patronage of the Earl of Coventry. The church, dedicated to St. Mary Magdalene, was rebuilt in 1763: it is a neat edifice in the later style of English architecture. |
