St Wulstan's RC Church, Little Malvern

Recent Photograph of St Wulstan's RC Church (Little Malvern)

St Wulstan's is an impressive looking church of aisleless nave, transeptal aisles at the east end; an unbuilt chancel, and over large west rose window. The church was locked and what looks to be the presbytery or monastery (and probably was) is now a farmhouse. It was built in 1862.

Most people come here not to see the church but to visit the grave of the composer Sir Edward Elgar....... maybe in the height of the tourist season the church is open too. If not they could be missing out on a good revenue stream...
