St John the Baptist's Church, Huntley (2004)

Recent Photograph of St John the Baptist's Church (2004) (Huntley)

The west tower is medieval, but the rest, including the broach spire was designed in 1863 by S.S. Teulon, and replaced what was originally a Norman church. Many features are unique, and certainly no money was spared on the rioutous sculptural adornment inside, with some of the largest (proportionally) capitals and corbels to be seen. The Church is Grade I listed.
