The following MIs were kindly contributed by Alf Beard, 25th April 2007, along with the list above. Alf was unsure of their provenance, but it appears they are the survivors from the burial ground which surrounded a former Baptist Chapel, built in 1701, but now demolished. These can now be identified as some of them are listed in the booklet Non-Conformist Chapels and Meeting Houses, Gloucestershire, published in 1986. The former burial ground is adjacent to the Cemetery, and surrounded by a stone wall.
