Inside St Swithun's Church, Hempsted

Recent Photograph of Inside St Swithun's Church (Hempsted)

A simple church, with nave with south porch, central tower (like many others locally in Gloucestershire) and chancel, all late 15th century, with a touch of the 19th century in the lengthened nave and north vestry. Inside there is a Norman font, a largely medieval panelled ceiling to the nave, and the very fine Tomb of Judge Atkins
