The gifts of Edward DAWSON the younger of Bosley. He left to the poor of this Town, Twelve pounds. The interest to be paid on Friday next, before Christmas Day For Ever Also he gave towards the building of the Parsonage House twelve pounds He departed this life March the second 1736 |

THIS CHAPEL Was enlarged in the year 1834 by which means 110 additional Sittings were obtaines and in consequence of a Grant from the Incorporated Society for promoting the enlargement, building and repairing of Churches and Chapels, 100 of that number, are hereby declared to be free and unappropriated for ever in addition 300 appropriated Sittings formerly provided Wm SUTCLIFFE B.A. Minister J.
