Spring Flowers at The Barrel Inn, Bretton

This is, I think a magnificent composition - the striking colours and detailed close-up of daffodils and tulips in the foreground, providing a sense of perspective to ‘The Barrel’ in the background.

Pete, the photographer, has achieved a similar sense of perspective in his photograph of Chatsworth “On the Rocks”.
