St John's Church, Huntley (Entrance Porch)

Recent Photograph of St John's Church (Entrance Porch) (Huntley)

Significant restoration work was taking place on the east end of the church but this did not spoil our visit. Here can be seen the south entrance porch, with figureheads terminating the moulding above its archway. Although they are too small to be seen on this photo, the heads appear to be male and female, and wearing crowns - king and queen, is an obvious assumption.
