A view of the nave, looking towards the west end of the church, showing a most attractive timber framework supporting the externally timbered bell-tower. The memorial on the left rear wall is to Richard WIGHT, the Inscription reading:

Sacred to the revered Memory of

in the 41st Year of his Age
Possessed of unshaken probity
unostentatious piety
with almost unparalleled meekness and humility
this truly excellent Man
was snatched in the prime of life
from a wife and family to whom his virtues rendered
him a most inestimable blessing.
